"Inca Blue Box Ghetto"

The "Blue Box Ghetto is located in Cuzco, Peru. This barrio is situated in a region void of running water or adequate sewage disposal. The "Blue Box Ghetto" is one of the most impoverished areas of Peru. The inhabitants of these blue painted shanties survive on a diet of potatoes and little else.
